New Year & New Nova – Huawei to Add Y9a Smartphone to the Nova Range
Mobile giant Huawei has announced that it will be adding the Y9a smartphone to the growing Nova range.
The Nova range of smartphones saw the launch of the nova Y60, nova 8i, nova 8 and nova 9 and with each iteration, Huawei improved on the last to create a combined collection that offers technologically advanced and striking smartphones in their price bracket.
As with the other Nova smartphones, the nova Y9a has been designed with the youth in mind, and offers a sleek design, powerful performance, smooth app experience and good value for money.
The Nova Y9a features a 6.63-inch FullView Display with a screen-to-body ratio of over 92%, 8GB + 128GB storage and 40W SuperCharge which enables you to charge your device up to nearly 70% in just 30 minutes.
The device which comes standard with the latest EMUI 10.1, boasts a quad-camera space-ring setup with a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera, a 2MP depth camera and a 2MP macro camera.
The front facing selfie camera is innovative with a pop-up design which only appears when you want to take a selfie.The Huawei Nova Y9a is expected to be launched this week in South Africa with pricing and availability to be announced during the event.
