[WATCH] Lenasia Residents Urged to Take Precaution after yet Another Robbery
Lenasia residents have been urged to take precaution following a number of robberies in the suburb.
In the latest incident, four armed suspects robbed two victims in Extension 8 on Saturday night.
Video footage circulating on social media shows the criminals following a white bakkie before two suspect emerge from their vehicle and robbing the occupants of valuables including laptops and cash.
The suspects then fled the scene.
At the same time on Saturday night, a Lenasia business owner was shot several times in what is believed to be an attempted hijacking in the suburb.
Last week there have been a number of incidents in Lenasia including an elderly man being robbed, a foiled robbery at Signet Terrace and car theft in Gemsbok Street.
