Ramaphosa to Receive Part Two of State Capture Report on Tuesday.
The Presidency has announced that President Cyril Ramaphosa will receive the second part of the state capture report on Tuesday.
Ramaposa’s office said the part of the report will be published shortly after it is presented to the Director-General in The Presidency by the Secretary of the Commission.
The Zondo Commission released its first report in early January, with former SAA chairperson Dudu Myeni and former Sars Commissioner Tom Moyane singled out for wrongdoing.
The third and final part of the report is due to be submitted to the President by 28 February 2022.
The Presidency said Ramaphosa will submit the full Commission report to Parliament by 30 June 2022 with an indication of his intentions with regards to implementation of the Commission’s recommendations.
