Police Investigating Murder After Roshnee Man Found Dead in Lenasia

Police are investigating a case of murder after a man’s body was found at Lenmed Private Hospital in Lenasia.
It is understood the grim discovery was made by an on duty nurse at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on Monday and informed the police.
The police’s Bafana Ndimande says the motive for the murder is being investigated.
“Upon arrival they found an on duty nurse at Intensive Care Unit who pointed out to them an unknown Indian male. The victim resided at Roshnee and the crime scene was between Grasmere and Eikenhof. The victim sustained gunshot wounds on the upper body and he was certified dead.”
Ndimande has urged anyone with information that can lead to the arrest of the perpetrators to contact the police.
