Police Investigating after Foetus Found Dumped in Lenasia South Veld

Police have opened a case of concealment after the discovery of a dumped foetus in an open veld in Lenasia South, extension 4.

It is understood, a passerby made the grim discovery on Monday on a footpath near Annapurna street.

The police’s Kalipha Mvula said the foetus was removed by government pathological services and taken to Sebokeng government mortuary. 

“No arrests have been made at this stage .Police appeal to members of the public to come forward with any information that could lead to the apprehension of the culprit and they do so by contacting Lenasia South SAPS” on 010 230 0481.”
