Ninu Perfume Showcases World’s First Smart Perfume at CES
Imagine having a difference perfume for different occasions all at the tap of a button on your smartphone.
Well, stop imagining because one company has just done that.
Marko Matijevic the founder of Nino Perfumes has invented what he calls the world’s first smart perfume.
The smart perfume was showcased the Consumer Electronics Show (CES).
Matijevic says leveraging the latest technological advancements, Ninu honors the tradition and builds on a millennia-old heritage combining three different high-quality fragrances in a single high-tech design.
“Our mission is to give vibrance (and new dimensions) to your every day. The way you feel has a profound impact on your wellbeing and your attitude towards the world.”
Matijevic says the connected device is capable of fusing ingredients of the perfume so you can change scent with every spray.
“Imagine having hundreds of scents in the palm of your hand. Now, this is high-tech perfume! Embark on a perfume fusion journey guided by the AI perfume master Pierre. He will take care of your every wish with just a few simple taps on your phone. You have full control over your scent. Too strong for work? Tone it down. Feeling excited? Add an exotic note.”
Matijevic says when the perfume starts running out, Pierre will even notify you to restock and that there are more than a million different fragrances to choose from.
Matijevic told Wired2Tech while Ninu Perfume is in the prototype phase, the company is starting to gather preorders in March via crowdfunding with mass production planned to start in the second half of this year.
