Huawei to Unveil Innovative Watch GT3 Series

Tech giant Huawei is expected to unveil its latest range of smartwatches, the Watch GT 3 Series.

The new wearables boast comprehensive upgrades and innovative new features expanding  on the company’s already impressive range GT smartwatches. 

Powered by Huawei’s proprietary operating system, HarmonyOS 2.1, Huawei said the Watch GT 3 Series offers a more powerful and more convenient user experience than any of its predecessors. 

“In addition to their stylish appearance and new interface design, the smartwatches in this range feature accurate health and fitness monitoring with Huawei TruSeen 5.0+, 14 days of battery life and an intelligent dynamic adjustment plan.

The TruSeen 5.0+ provides vast improvements in heart rate monitoring technology. It keeps track of your heart rate even in fast-changing scenarios such as sprinting, swimming and skipping. 

The Watch GT 3 smartwathes also provide continuous, real-time and accurate SpO2, sleep, stress and menstrual cycle monitoring for a comprehensive health management experience.

Huawei also has a Watch GT 3 Runner which has been specifically designed to meet the needs of runners featuring a lightweight design and professional running ability assessment and suggestions, together with a rich hardware and software ecosystem that offers an enhanced experience for runners.

The Huawei Watch GT 3 Series comes with an upgraded workout monitoring feature that offers over 100 workout modes, including 18 professional workout modes, 12 outdoor workouts and 6 indoor workouts.

The Huawei Watch GT 3 is available in three primary styles:

·         46mm for men;

·         42mm for women 

·         GT 3 Runner, Huawei’s first watch solely aimed at runners.

Customers can pre-order their Huawei Watch GT 3 Series wearable on the Huawei Store (Online) from 21 to 28 February 2022 by making a part payment of R99 to secure the pre-order. 

Customers are also eligible for promotional bundles if they pay their balance of the purchase price between 1 March and 5 March 2022.
