HUAWEI P40 lite to be available soon in South Africa
Huawei has announced that the new P40 series will soon be available in South Africa, and it’s everything you’d want it to be.
The Huawei P40 lite is more robust than its predecessors, and has been specifically engineered to offer an entertainment experience. This device is also the second Huawei smartphone to launch in SA that comes with Huawei’s HMS ecosystem.
The device has a 6.4-inch Punch FullView Display, 90.6% screen-to-body ratio and 48MP quad camera, which allow you to capture high-resolution, ultra-wide, macro and portrait shots that are sharp and vivid.
Low-lighting and night images are also made possible by the Super Night Mode 2.0 feature, which is supported by both the front and rear cameras. This technology brightens dark areas, enhances skin tones and facial features, and reduces noise, creating crisp and beautiful shots of everything from starry skies to late-night selfies.
The P40 lite comes with a powerful AI video editor to make editing easier. The video editor can intelligently trim footage, add background music, and easily incorporate various transition effects. The smartphone’s video editing tools enable you to shoot, edit and upload your videos and vlogs in a matter of minutes.
The P40 lite is powered by the Kirin 810, a high-end 7nm chipset, which is integrated with a Mali G52 GPU that boasts excellent graphics processing capabilities. In addition, the 4200MAh battery and 40W HUAWEI SuperCharge support offer lower power consumption and long-lasting battery life.
The Huawei comes in Sakura Pink, Midnight Black or Crush Green and will be available later this month from the Huawei store and all mobile operators.
