Eskom Experiencing a lot of Outages in Gauteng as SA Weather Service Warns of more Severe Thunderstorms
Eskom says it experiencing a number of outages across Gauteng and is doing everything to restore power to affected areas.
The power utility says the outages have been caused by the heavy storms which has hit the province from Wednesday.
Eskom says it is also working to restore electricity in parts of Sandton, Edenburg and Morningside.
“We are attending to these and ask for patience as we work on restoring supply to our customers.”
Eskom has apologised for the inconvenience.
Meanwhile the South African Weather Service has warned of severe thunderstorms on Thursday over the central interior of the country with rainy conditions persisting along the south-eastern coastal areas.
