Alleged Unrest Instigator Bonginkosi Khanyile Granted Bail

Alleged unrest instigator Bonginkosi Khanyile has been granted bail of R5,000.
Khanyile appeared in the Durban Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
He was charged with incitement to commit public violence and contravention of the Disaster Management Act linked to the deadly July looting and unrest in KwaZulu- Natal & Gauteng in which President Cyril Ramaphosa referred to as an insurrection.
During the previous appearance Khanyile’s legal team asked that he be granted R500 bail, because his four children depended on him financially.
