[WATCH] Poisonous Rinkhals Snake Caught in Lenasia South

An extremely poisonous snake has been found in Lenasia South.

It understood the Rinkhals was caught in Annapurna Street, Lenasia South extension 4 on Friday.

The reptile is considered to be dangerous and very poisonous.

Snake removal expert Yaseen Conradie said the Rinkhals was in a storeroom.

“I had the snake removed and about twenty minutes after removing the snake at the house, I released it on the K43.”

Last month, a Mole snake was also found in Lenasia South.

Conradie said residents had killed the snakes before it could be caught and released into the wild.
