Illegal Shacks Demolished at Veggie Land in Lenasia
The Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) and a contractor have demolished a few illegal structures at Veggie Land in Lenasia, next to the Trade Route Mall.
The JMPD embarked on the illegal land operation on Tuesday.
Spokesperson Wayne Minnaar said: “Approximately six illegal shacks were demolished,”
The JMPD said “lawlessness will not be tolerated!!!”
