[UPDATE] WATCH: Two Snakes Caught in a Home in Lenasia Extension 13 Released

Two non-venomous Brown House snakes found at a home in Lenasia extension 13 have been released into the wild.

It is understood a resident called snake removal expert Yaseen Conradie to capture the reptiles on Friday. 

Conradie said he was informed that there were two snakes int the house. 

He said the brown house snakes are common in the Lenasia and Lenasia south area and receives calls all the time for extraction.  

“The Brown House snakes are a breeding pair and not poisonous at all. The most common snakes I catch are Brown House snakes and the Rinkals which is poisonous.”
