Lenasia Business Owner Shot Several Times after Attempted Hijacking

A Lenasia business owner has been shot several times in what is believed to be an attempted hijacking in the suburb.

It is understood the man was dropping off his staff at their homes in Lenasia Extension 13 after closing his food store on Saturday night when he was accosted by criminals.

Local community patrollers attended to the scene.

According to reports the business owner was rushed to a local hospital for further care.
